Online Ordering with Shopping Cart - We use a shopping cart that makes ordering online easy and secure using the strongest form of Internet security available. All you need to use our system, is a Java enabled browser, compatible with Netscape 4.0 and Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher. |

Fax Orders - If you have any concerns about sending sensitive information over the web, you can fax us your order. Make your selections online and follow the checkout procedure up through entering your billing and shipping address. Then print that screen and fax it to us at 724-748-5488. Be sure to include your credit card information. |

Phone Orders - We will be gladly take your order over the phone or answer any questions before you place your order. Call us toll-free at 1-866-SLOVAKS Mon. - Sat. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time zone). |

Mail Orders - It's easy to order by mail. Make your selections online and follow the checkout procedure up through entering your billing and shipping address. Then print that screen and mail it to us along with your check, money order or credit card information. If you send a check, the shipment will be delayed until your check clears. To speed up the process, include your credit card information (number and expiration date) or send a money order. |

| Return Instructions - To request a return, please e-mail our Sales Department and be sure to include your name, order number and items you wish to return. We will issue a UPS "call tag" for the items to be picked up. We will then issue a refund upon receipt of the merchandise. Package the items carefully and include a copy of the packing slip that came with the items, if possible. | |

Shipping - Products are shipped via UPS which provides you with tracking of your packages. Please remember that UPS cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes, we need a physical address. |
